Account Responsibilities

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SafeMAge and its officers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for direct losses is limited to fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Termination
