SafeMAge offers free resources and paid advisory packages for more in-depth pension insurance planning. Paid services may include detailed personal consultations, policy audits, and implementation support.
Pricing for paid services is provided upfront during the booking process. Fees depend on the scope of work and will be detailed in an engagement letter or invoice before work begins.
Payments may be accepted via approved electronic methods. Full payment or agreed deposit may be required before service delivery. Invoices will include payment instructions and due dates.
Where subscription services are offered, terms will specify billing intervals, renewal terms, and cancellation rights. You may cancel subscriptions according to the specific subscription terms provided.
Refunds, if any, depend on the service type and timing of cancellation. Refund policies will be disclosed in service agreements. We will handle refund requests fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Clients may cancel paid engagements within the timeframe specified in the service agreement. Cancellations may be subject to administrative fees if work has already commenced.
Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes related to purchased services. SafeMAge will indicate if prices include taxes where required by law.
We may adjust prices for future bookings; existing confirmed agreements remain at the price agreed unless otherwise stated in the contract.
Non-payment may result in suspension of services and collection actions. We reserve the right to withhold deliverables until outstanding fees are settled.
